Facebook has a requirement that content shared through their social network needs to have an image provided somewhere in your post.
If you do not set an image, the Share function in Facebook does not provide a preview of the blog post text.
To fix this issue, add an image (either cover image or body text image) to your post and Facebook will correctly display a rich preview of the post.
